FOUNT, a remote-first software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that helps large enterprises to remove friction from work, is looking for a highly motivated Director of Demand Generation / Content Marketing. The ideal candidate has proven experience creating successful demand generation and content marketing strategies, has overseen global execution for a B2B SaaS company, and is passionate about driving growth through a data-informed approach. The right candidate must have expert knowledge of customer segmentation, channel campaign strategy (inbound and outbound), nurturing leads and prospects through the buyer journey, and establishing and optimizing against target metrics to drive a predictable pipeline.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Designing multi-touch demand generation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics, including all digital strategy, nurture campaigns, retargeting, dynamic website content and account based marketing strategies
- Nurturing buyer intent to create and deliver qualified leads, and increase conversion rates and velocity between stages in the buyer journey
- Bringing ideas to market fast with effective campaigns – led by a data-driven “test & learn” mentality
- Establishing attribution models in partnership with Marketing Operations and Data & Analytics partners to establish a roadmap to use real business outcomes to inform future growth strategies
- Optimizing our website as a key part of the buyer journey – including using data signals to inform demand generating campaigns
- Leveraging the existing MarTech stack and make recommendations for additions or improvements to enable high-growth demand gen
- Recommending and oversee digital media planning, buying, and optimization to support campaign strategies
What You Will Need:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing/demand generation
- B2B SaaS demand gen / content marketing experience targeting large companies and a passion for bringing inspiring effective campaigns to market
- Strong knowledge of business analytics and an obsession with metrics and results to inform business strategies
- Proven success in generating high-quality demand to drive business growth
- To be an inquisitive leader, with a testing mindset and a desire to optimize for efficiency
- Knowledge of funnel metrics and how to drive consistent predictable pipeline for sales
